Cancellation & Refund Policy
Pickosm believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Under this policy:
- Cancellations: Pickosm does not accept cancellation once an order is placed on the website. However, refund or replacement can be made for products if the customer establishes the issue with a full cover opening video of the product, without any cuts in the video.
- Damaged/Defective Items: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team on WhatsApp at +91 63833 25941, along with a full cover opening video, on the day of delivery itself. The request will be entertained only after the Pickosm team has checked and determined the issue at their own end.
- Product Mismatch: If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team on the same day of receiving the product. After reviewing the complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision.
- Warranty: No complaints can be made regarding any of the products sold by Pickosm, as none of the products come with a warranty from us or from the manufacturers.
