1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

Refunds are not applicable for:

3. Replacement Policy

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to share unboxing photos or videos for verification.

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used during checkout via Razorpay.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In case of failed transactions or duplicate payments, the excess amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
